The Sanctuary “Madonna del Sasso” is located on top of a granite rock at 638 masl overlooking the lake Orta (Lago d’Orta). The rock (see first photo) has always been used as Freestone. The tiny village Madonna del Sasso has only 412 residents!! Find out where the sanctuary is located:
